Q. Will the serum make my skin greasy or will it feel greasy on my skin at all?

A. Not at all. The serum is very light and fine, so it is readily absorbed by the skin. It won’t leave any stickiness or film at all. It is also an ‘adaptogen‘. This means that the serum will moisturise dry areas of your face and balance any oily areas at the same time. You will find it imparts a velvety softness and smoothness with no residue. Scarlett says, ”my own skin in the past was always greasy and problematic, with open pores. Which is why I guess I was so interested in skin products - you know, always looking for something that would  make my skin look fresh and glowing. After developing this serum and using nothing else I can honestly say I’ve got a more glowing, fresh skin - not greasy and with less noticeable pores. Try it and see for yourself the difference”.

Q. I have whiteheads and some pimples will it make those worse at all?

A. Absolutely not! Often whiteheads are caused through a build up of creams and lotions and block the pores causing whitehead and pimple problems. The anti ageing serum however is liquid and contains only natural ingredients and so can be accepted easily by the skin. Because of this it doesn’t ‘sit’ on top of the skin, as some creams and lotions can. 

Q. I have a sensitive, dry skin, can I still use the serum?

A. Yes. It doesn’t contain any artificial chemicals, preservatives or dyes or lanolin, which some people find aggravate and dry out their skin. When testing our product many people with sensitive skin found that not only were they able to use it but it also enhanced their skin too. Please ensure that you look over the ingredients and check that you aren’t allergic to any of the contents before you use the serum if you do have sensitive skin - its unlikely but its best to be careful. 

Q. Do I only need to use 2 to 3 drops - it seems such a small amount?

A. If you make sure you apply it with moist hands to moist skin, the serum will glide effortlessly and be fully absorbed. This gives the extra benefit of  keeping even more moisture in the skin and also makes your serum last longer. Some people use 3 to 4 drops each time they use it but you’ll find that a little goes a long way. 

Q. When will I see a difference in my skin - my  dry skin needs a boost!?

A. You will feel a difference very quickly. On application you will see how the serum leaves the skin soft and smooth and not ’clogged’ as some other skin creams can. Within a week most testers felt that their skin texture had improved and after two weeks looked much better. The anti ageing benefits take slightly longer to take effect but although the progress is gradual, our testers felt the difference was pleasingly better with the overall facial skin looking more radiant, plumper and youthful.

Q. Can I use the serum under my make up instead of my usual moisturizer?

A. Absolutely!  Apply your serum the usual way and then leave about 2 minutes to make sure it has been fully absorbed. Then apply your make up as normal. You will find that your make up will bond better with your skin and not ‘sit’ on the skin so much, so that the overall effect is much more natural. After all, you want to look like you’ve got great skin rather than seeing the make up on your skin.

Q. My partner has very dry skin, especially after shaving would the serum be any good for his skin?

A. The serum is unisex ! It is lightly fragranced with fine quality essential oils and so does not have an over powering smell, only a delicate ‘clean’ smell, making it suitable for both women and men. Many men  who tested our serum found that it was great to use after shaving as it didn’t cause shaving problems and left their skin feeling supple and smooth.
